Nature of Services
The coaching, mentorship, ceremonial work, cacao circles, retreats, and somatic guidance offered through Rocío Cervantes LLC are designed for personal growth, self-development, empowerment, and spiritual exploration. They are not therapy, medical services, or professional psychological treatment.

Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in coaching or use this site.

No Professional Advice
Nothing shared in coaching sessions, ceremonies, retreats, mentorship programs, courses, or on this website is intended to replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice. Always seek the counsel of a licensed professional for medical or psychological concerns.

Participation and Assumption of Risk
Personal growth can involve emotional challenges, somatic sensations, and deep insight. By participating, you assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. You understand that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

Scheduling and Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are considered completed and non-refundable.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit the session out of respect for other scheduling commitments.

Refunds
All coaching, mentorship, courses, and ceremonial offerings are non-refundable. Retreats follow specific retreat contracts and policies. Refunds are not provided for no-shows or unused sessions.

Confidentiality
Private sessions are confidential within legal limits. Exceptions apply if there is risk of harm to self or others, or if required by law.

Group Spaces
Participants agree to honor confidentiality within retreat groups, circles, ceremonies, or workshops. Sharing or recording content without permission is not permitted.

Intellectual Property
All content, course materials, written text, videos, graphics, and teachings are the property of Rocío Cervantes LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
By using this website or engaging in services, you release Rocío Cervantes LLC from liability for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your participation or use of information provided.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
