Refund and Cancellation Policy

Coaching and Mentorship
All coaching sessions, mentorship programs, and private support containers are non-refundable.
 

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are considered completed and non-refundable.

 

Retreats and Cacao Journeys
Retreats operate under their own agreements and payment schedules.

 

Deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds are not offered for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
If Rocío Cervantes LLC cancels a retreat, participants will receive a credit or full refund.

 

Ceremonies, Workshops and Events
All event fees are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior written approval.

 

Digital Products
All digital content (courses, videos, downloads) is non-refundable.

 

Rescheduling
If Rocío Cervantes LLC must reschedule a session or event, an alternative date will be offered.
