CACAO RETREAT

Have you ever crafted cacao from the bean with your own hands?
What if you could shape your own ritual cup…
…move your body in sacred dance…
…and remember what it means to be held in ceremony?

Feeling the weight of the world?

Answer the call of cacao.

Register now.

In a time when many feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn, the most powerful medicine may be to return inward — to the rhythm of your own breath, the warmth of your hands, and the ancient wisdom that lives in your heart.

Cacao invites us to slow down, soften, and remember. When we honor the dance between our inner feminine and masculine energies — between creation and clarity, presence and flow — life begins to move through us with purpose and beauty.

All are welcome.

Join Rocío Cervantes and a heart-centered circle for a one-day ceremonial cacao retreat — a journey into ritual, embodiment, and ancestral remembering.

You’ll move between earth and spirit through ancestral techniques, sacred crafting, and energetic awakening — all anchored in the heart-opening wisdom of cacao.

THE HISTORY OF CACAO

You’re also invited to journey through The History of Cacao, a live interactive timeline that honors cacao’s ancestral origins — from the Mokayas and Mayans to its path into modern ceremony. This storytelling experience invites reverence and remembrance, connecting you to the spirit of cacao across time.

Whether you're seeking tools for your practice or wisdom from the past, The Cacao Corner holds space for both.

KUNDALINI ACTIVATION (KA) - ALEJANDRA

We close the journey with a powerful Kundalini Activation led by Alejandra. This energy transmission invites your life force to awaken and move through the body — clearing blocks, expanding awareness, and integrating everything stirred throughout the day. It’s a sacred return to your inner flow.

THE CACAO CORNER

After the retreat, you're invited to visit The Cacao Corner — a curated space of sacred offerings for your ritual life.

Browse handmade ceramic vessels, small-batch cacao oils, ceremonial cacao paste, and other heart-centered creations crafted with intention.

Whether you’re building your altar, deepening your practice, or simply want to take a piece of the experience home, The Cacao Corner offers goods that carry the spirit of the ceremony with you.

CACAO-INFUSED ECSTATIC DANCE

GROUND INTO PRESENCE WITH BREATH - ERICA

We begin our day by arriving fully into the body. Erica will guide a short, grounding breathwork practice to help settle the nervous system, open the heart, and create space for intentional presence. This gentle session invites you to land — physically, emotionally, and energetically — before we step into creation.

Collective Flower Mandala for New Beginnings

In the mythos of cacao, the heart is the altar. Cacao was offered in sacred rites as a bridge between the human and the divine, between earth and cosmos, between grief and celebration.

As part of our retreat, we will co-create a flower mandala as a living offering—a prayer made visible—to honor Tamara Coleman as she prepares for a new chapter in Costa Rica. This mandala reflects the heart-centered essence of cacao: beauty, presence, and intentional community.

You are invited to bring a few flowers, petals, or natural elements to contribute. Together, we will weave a visual blessing rooted in gratitude, expansion, and the spirit of shared transformation.

“There was an abundance of delicious food in those villages called Paxil and Cayalá. There were foods of every kind... abundant also in pataxte [Theobroma bicolor] and cacao [Theobroma cacao]…”

— Popol Vuh, translated by Allen J. Christenso

About

I’m Rocío, a transformation coach, artist, and ceremonialist.
I work with people ready to reconnect to themselves, whether through ritual, creative practice, or deep, honest coaching.
Some know they’re walking with their ancestors. Others just know something has to change.

I meet each person where they are — on a couch, in ceremony, or in the creative process — and guide them back to their truth.
This is healing through presence, beauty, and radical authenticity.

What Our Clients Say

Alejandra

I was thrilled to join the cacao workshop, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. I found a loving and safe community that allowed me to connect with the master plant of cacao, and in doing so, I connected with my ancestors and, most importantly, with my heart. Grinding cacao to the beat of the drums and medicine women was life-transforming. I can't wait for the next event to join these amazing women in a safe space where we heal together and become each other's medicine.
