CACAO: THE JOURNEY TO ANCESTRAL HEALING

This space offers an opportunity to heal the physical, emotional, and spiritual body through ancestral practices centered around the sacred medicine of cacao. The healing work I offer is deeply rooted in these ancient traditions, and is available to all—regardless of cultural or ethnic background. We believe that connecting with our ancestors and ancestras is not confined to a specific lineage; it is about embracing the wisdom and practices passed down through generations, whether through indigenous, mestizo, or European ancestry.

Our mission is to bring these ancestral healing practices to educational institutions and community spaces, offering them as holistic supplements to mainstream health systems. These practices, which include the use of sacred tools like the metate (stone grinding stones), corn, cacao, spices, fire, comal, and clay, were once used by all of our ancestors to nourish and heal the body, mind, and spirit. By reintroducing these ancient tools and technologies, we invite individuals to reconnect with the land, food, and rituals that were once common to all cultures, fostering a deeper connection to self and community.

Through cacao, grinding stones, fire, and other sacred elements, we provide a pathway to rediscover balance, vitality, and healing. These practices are accessible to everyone, regardless of their cultural background, because the wisdom of our ancestors is a universal inheritance that transcends boundaries. Our work is about honoring and reclaiming the tools and traditions that nurture our health and well-being—tools that can empower individuals to live in greater alignment with their true selves and the world around them.

In offering this healing, we help individuals reconnect with their ancestral roots, remember ancient technologies, and cultivate resilience and well-being. This mission is about making these sacred practices available to all who seek them, helping to restore health, peace, and harmony in our communities.
