​After settling into your hotel, which is centrally located, take a leisurely stroll around the area to get acquainted with Cusco. You can walk to the Plaza de Armas, the main square, just a few minutes away, where you'll find beautiful colonial architecture, charming cafes, and local shops. From there, you can explore nearby streets, maybe pop into a small artisan shop or sit down at a café to enjoy a warm cup of mate —a traditional tea to help with altitude. It’s a perfect way to start soaking in the city's vibrant atmosphere!
